Just back from a truly wonderful trip !!

Hi everyone

Firstly thanks to everyone who helped to answer my many questions leading up to this trip

We had a amazing time with too many highlights to mention but here are just a few

Wilderness Lodge - What a fantastic resort. The CMs were great and we were upgraded to a stunning courtyard view . We got to be the flag family during the second week of our trip and it was a fantastic experience

Cruising on The Disney Dream - loved it so much we re-booked on board for a 7 day cruise on The Fantasy

Fort Wilderness - Hoop-Dee-Doo Review, bike rides, horse riding, s'mores at the Chip 'n' Dale campfire sing-along. It was great to take the boat from WL and join in the great activities at FW and the Hoop-Dee-Doo was such a good night

Epcot Segway Tour - we went on the first tour of the day and were the only two people on it!! We felt like VIPs and had the park to ourselves

Backstage Magic Tour - great tour guides and it made us appreciate the parks and CMs even more

Watching wishes from the beach at the Poly with a cocktail in my hand after a great dinner and seeing the torch lighting ceremony

Food Glorious Food - Jiko and Yatchsman were the real highlights

I could go on and on but if I ever get time I will try and do a trip report

Counting down the days until October and Food & Wine!!

Welcome back Sounds like a wonderful holiday - we stayed at WL one year and my DD always says she likes that hotel the best

Sounds lovely! We tried to be the flag family back in 09 and sadly the book was filled. The CM's were great, and gave my DD's Wilderness Lodge pins for free to start their collection. I would go back to Wilderness Lodge in a heartbeat!

Welcome home. Sounds to have been a fantastic holiday. Very jealous of your cruise. It was the highlight of our holiday last year - think we'll just have to save hard for next year Hope the post holiday blues aren't too bad.
