Hi All,

This is a review of our transportation experiances on our most recent trip.

We flew Song out of Logan to MCO on Jan 22nd. We were on the 8:30am flight and were sitting in the exit row. We took off late due to a boarding process that seemed to take forever but once we got going the flight itself was great and we seemed to make up time in the air as we landed more or less when we were scheduled to. We also flew Song home from MCO to Logan on Jan 28th. We were on the 3:15pm flight and had the same issue with boarding but again the flight itself was great and we landed on time as originally scheduled. We were also in the exit row on the way home.

While down in WDW we used a rental car along with WDW buses to get around. We rented a compact car with National using Quick Rent so that we could bypass the counter. We got a Pontiac Sunfire. It was a nice car and just fine for the two of us. We only paid $134.12 with the Priceless Vacations code. Very fast pickup and dropoff.

We used the WDW buses to get from our resort AKL to the parks and the bus service was very good as usual. As you know the stated schedule is that the buses run every 20 to 30mins. We only waited as long as 20mins once.

We took the monorail from EC to the TTC which was a nice ride as we had never done that before. There is so much tree damage from the hurricanes it is so sad.

Once we got to the TTC we decided to take the Ferry Boat from the TTC over to the MK as we had never ridden that either

We drove from the AKL to the YC and BW for some dinner reservations we had.

So overall our transportation experiances were very good as usual.

Tiffany,

I see that you made it out before the snow, but should have stayed another week!

This is way to cold for me, maybe time to move to the vacation house :teeth:

I hope you had a great time.

Hi,

Yes we did fly out the morning of the blizzard. We flew out at 8:30am and the snow started falling around 3pm that afternoon. This blizzard has sent my mom over the edge and she is now looking into moving to Clearwater. We will just have to wait and see if this is for real or if the snow just stressed her out.
