at the Wildernws Lodge. It was a nice trip, and the hotel was great. It was my first time to Disney and my 4y/o sons also. I am a divorceced single father so the parentong time is limited, but when he said "I want to go to Disney every time I see you", I lost it. My son loved the hotel and most of the kid things available at Disney. Riding Dumbo during the Wishes show was a highlight, my son never stoped laughing (he loves Dumbo). Just a few notes:

1. Low crowds
2. I did not see a single bug the whole time there, except for dragonflys during the day.
3. It was hot and humid except for Tuesday and today, it was cloudy/rainy today.
4. Talked to some people who used Magical Express and they said luggage did not arrive until after midnight when their plain arrived at 4:00.
5. Parents with small children, get a stroller. I rented one from A Babys Best Friend. It was big and clucky, but my son lasted longer during the day. At night I would let him walk and he would be nice and sleepy after the light show on the water (I forget what is called but we could see it from the room).

If you have any questions, just ask.

So glad you had a good time!! Sounds like things worked out really well for you. I took my son when he was 4 and I think that was the best trip ever! He was old enough to not be frightened of everything and to understand most things, but still young enough to really enjoy the characters and the "kiddie stuff". Glad you enjoyed yourselves!

So glad you had a wonderful time with your son. Those are special times. :thumbsup2

Glad you had a great trip....
I love the WL....happy you did too.

The thing on the water is the Electrical Water Pageant.
My daughter loves it. She calls it the dragon:goodvibes

What a memory you and he will have of your Dumbo ride during Wishes. I have always wanted to do that, but just never seem to get it coordinated properly! So glad you had fun, thats what WDW is all about. :goodvibes
