Just back from 3 nights at Polynesian villas

i liked the large size of the room and the view was nice. I was on the first floor facing the bungalows. Loved the shower! But lights were burned out in the entry way and I had to let front desk know twice before this was fixed. Also,sliding door to bathroom did not slide easily. Overall,I enjoyed my stay.
However, I found very few friendly castmembers during this trip. Those working in capt. cooks were especially unfriendly and not at all helpful.
I found the parks to be crowded. As others have said, there is no time to go to WDW anymore when it's not crowded. But with fast passes, I was able to get on most rides.

I am no fan of Captain Cooks, and while I do not approve of rudeness from anyone, that place must be a nightamare to work in. I cannot imagine whoever designed that place still has a job.
