We had a great time on the cruise and it was fun to run into everyone at Scoops. We especially enjoyed meeting SINK and his wife and as it turns out we were seated at the same table!
This was a strange cruise because we had extremely unusually high seas the first two days and not the best weather the rest of the time. Our server said that it was the first time ever in three years that she got seasick. It was very rough and our daughter didn't fare well. Anyhow, we had to skip Key West due to rough seas but we made it back there on Thursday. We also didn't go to Grand Cayman but instead went to Costa Maya. In Cozumel a lot of excursions (including ours for snorkeling and the Fury Catamaran) were cancelled because of rough seas. I thought the crew and captain did a great job with rescheduling ports and activities and shows. They were really amazing.
We had a great time except of course the rough sea day was tough. Please, bring children's non-drousy Dramamine (or something similar). We didn't have any and had to borrow some. The store on the ship ran out. I never expected the seas to be so high and never really expected it to bother us.
Best parts of the trip- our table mates, Castaway Cay, how accommodating the staff is and how responsive they are to change, entertainment (especially the ventriloquist, the juggler, dueling pianos, Disney Dreams, the Farewell Show.) Disney is very generous giving things away such as: pins for kids during the vegetable races, free drinks a few times, free giveaways for kids in the kid's clubs. Incredible debarking- so fast. Get up lateish, have breakfast at Topsiders, then leave any time before 9am. That was great. Cabin size was fantastic. We didn't feel crowded with a family of 4. Dinner at Palo was great. We enjoyed the food there a lot.
Worst parts of the trip- not enough time at Castaway Cay. By the time you go ashore it is 9:30 and they kick you off the beach at 3:30. No lit-up clock in the room.
Things that could be improved- With kids the service at the dining tables seems a little slow. It was hard for my son to sit still. We were often at dinner for close to 2 hours. The entertainment on deck for the big deck parties has the same music a lot. They should have a little more variety of tunes.
Hint: If you want to get all the characters to autograph your book, you can give it to Guest Services.
I'm sure I'll think of more to write later. Questions?

They did pack him a Sufflee' (sp) to go though, which he managed to eat a few bites of.
