Are the bathrooms light enough to apply makeup or are they really too dark?

My mother & I felt it was way too dark to apply make-up

Hmmm... I wonder if I can fit in extra lamps in my Owner's Locker?

I agree that the lighting and decor at AKV was a bit dark. We had a pool view one bedroom in August and it was spotless though. So, that made a big difference. Sorry, your room was so icky and with problems so soon after opening.

Having a shower is nicer but we managed with the tub/shower combo.

Even though our one bedroom was bigger than the value one, when we had the sleeper sofa and the sleeper chair open, it was wall to wall beds in the living room. I was just with my girls (6 and 8) in August. DH stayed home. So, we could have all fit in the king bed. But NOOOOOOO!!!!!! They were tickled pink that they could each have their own sleeper beds that we just HAD to open both! And I had the nice, big king ALL to myself!

During the day, we did fold away the sleeper sofa. But we left the sleeper chair open, I think. It was like a chaise lounger.

I guess that would work if only one child needed to sleep in the living room. They could sleep on the twin instead and leave more floor space open as well as part of the sofa for people to still sit?
