If you are going again and you loved the head server last time, you can always request them to serve you again. I'm not sure how it works if they moved to another other ship, but I think Disney will usually try to make it happen!

Each serving team has a Head Server, Server and Asst. Server. There are many of them walking around to check on each table they are assigned to at all 3 restaraunts. Ali could have been onboard, but in a different dining room and with a different team from the OP.

Hi I'll be on dream next week, and it will be our first cruise! So I have some questions, how was the weather during the travel? Was it cold? Enough to swim at cc? and even though n the ship, can we wear summer dress?

No problem! The weather was great in Florida/Canaveral, I wore tank and shorts in the afternoon, and a light hoodie in the evening. Wasn't too humid, and had a nice breeze with the sun. Nassau was pretty cloudy the day I got there but still warm, but I did follow the sun a bit when deciding which side of the deck to chill on. Pirate night could get chilly since there is the wind on deck as well. I was wearing a t-shirt, but most people around me were wearing hoodies or sweaters, or just grabbed a towel to wrap up in. During the day, I think it's fine to wear a summer dress assuming it's sunny, but you might want to keep a cardigan handy if you go to dining areas or the theatre. CC was very clear and sunny when we were there (not even a cloud in the sky in the morning-noon timeframe) and gave me a pretty good sunburn as a souvenir. The water was a bit chilly in the early morning, but by around 11 or so people started going in. The first step in the water is always cooler, but it wasn't hard to get used to for me.

I do want to add that I am from Canada...so my ideas of warm or chilly may be slightly different if you are from the south

Yep! I think Moana showed 3-4 times (half of those being the 3D one). Other movies at BVT that I saw were Finding Dory, Zootopia, and a few Dr. Strange showings. Aside from Moana and Dr. Strange, I think they only ran once.
