just back Friday CSR/BWV

3 nts at CSR--I posted ( 2wks ago) about getting a call from the room (CM) assigner at CSR and we got what we wanted (1st fl Cabanas 8A) Was ready when we checked-in at about 2 pm last Thur. Everything was good at CSR , great weather.

DME took about 1hr 10 mins from check-in desk to resort we were 2nd stop (PC was 1st stop)
Our first time using DME luggage tags and took about 4 1/2 hr to get bags. No problem at all. Loved it.

About DME--when we got to desk the line was very long BUT HALF THE PEOPLE IN IT were just family members with luggage and strollers and just made it over-crowded. No need for everybody in the family to stand in line to check-in. They have tables and chairs for us to sit in and wait while one person checks-in.
Will use DME all the time.

5 nts BWV--checked in at 8 am and the CM (concierge) say I could only check-in for my room only (I had 3 studios). I asked why and she(CM concierge) said the guests have to check themselves in to get rooms. (I know diff so just let it go) Our room wasn't ready anyway. No problem. I little while later I went to front desk and the CM there check in all my rooms and gave me our key cards and guess what my room wasn't ready but my DSis and BIL's room was and they didn't even land yet. So we went to their room.
when we got all 3 rooms they were all clean and just fine. Weather got hot by end of wk (record) on WED/ THUR. Had a great time at BWV.

Now when we got our boarding passes Thur morning (from CM CONCIERGE)again the same lady as check-in. I got DW's and mine and SIL got hers but DSis and BIL's kept saying not 24 hrs yet and they were on the same flight as us and we got ours first (I got SW #1 and #2 A passes). The CM tried 3 times then refused to do any more and told them to check-in at Airtort. The CM would not look at their paperwork but just have them read the #'s to her, so I figured somebody made a mistake in the transfer.
DSis was a little upset when she came over to me and said they had to check-in at ariport. The CM kept saying it's not 24 hrs yet but would not look at the paperwork. I told them to go back over to STEVE (CM Concierge) and check-in with him. The other CM was in the back room at the time and Steve pop the BP right out no problem. I have to believe the lady CM (same lady) at check-in and for BPass was a newbie. So if you have problems with one CM just let it go and try another CM.

Thanks for the report. We are using DME for the 1st time next month. Our plane is suppose to arrive at 3:12 and we have ADR's for the PrimeTime at 5:15. I know cutting it way too close but Delta just kept changing our flights Oh well - I did note that we may be late on my ressie.

Thanks for taking the time to report! We are doing a similar stay in December/January with 6 nights at CSR and 7 nights at BWV. I can't wait! I have definitely found the same thing as you that when you get a clueless CM you just need to find another one. It seems some of the CM's have no idea what they are doing.

We were at BWV when you were! We did 4N BWV followed by 3N CSR. Just got home about an hour ago. Wasn't that fantastic weather?
