So we had an absolute blast!!! She did amazingly (though got tired a bit towards the end!)
I had been concerned about her, where she is a chihuahua, well we had no problems at all! The most we had were at downtown disney with some very rude managers. We did MGM and MK (I got the flu mid trip so we had a few down days!) she did amazingly with the characters, they loved her! We have some precious pics (of me holding her, with the characters) when she got tired she was carried, or put in her bag. I made it through the whole trip with no anxiety, and her not barking once (except at mousekeeping knocking and waking everyone,) for an alert!!! (The drive home was a different story though, very rough day!)
The biggest thing I ran in to is..."can we pet her?" my response "No, she's working I'm sorry" then the parents NOT stopping their kids, slightly annoyed by that, but she is REALLY good at ignoring them.
People did indeed act like they have never seen a dog before, and I got so sick of the "oooooooo look a puppy!!!", but we had a blast, and were able to not worry so much, and was able to enjoy the parks a LOT more. Thankfully she does really well with fireworks, so we didn't have to cut those out of our schedule. I have the guidebooks at home with me, so if anyone has any questions I'd be happy to answer them.
As a side note, my little one is fussy, and does not like to use the bathroom on woodchips/pine needles. We found a few grassy places for her to relieve herself, and very helpful CM's!!!
Looking forward to going back next week and doing Epcot!
