Just back, figured out why wait is short

Everyone is in the street and isles. The waits were short but it seemed so crowded. Christmas was worse but with the long waits as well.

The waits for what? Rides? If so, does this seem like a great time to go?

FP can cause that problem. People wander the park instead of waiting in line. Disney likes it because some people will buy food or merchandise.
