Just back! Experienced Hurricane Charley!!!

We just got back from our trip to the Swan and it was great!!!!
Experienced our first hurricane which had hit last Friday and boy was it something...I've never seen such devastation. Being from the northeast we were not used to seeing such a storm!!!
The Swan was great! We were celebrating our 25th and boy did management make it memorable for us. They gave us the grand suite which was of course the best room I've ever had, anywhere. The boys had their own room and their own bathroom which was really nice and my DH and I had our own room, bathroom, living room and parlor area.
I can't wait to go back already.

Glad you made it back safe! One question...were you upgraded to the suite from a standard room? We are getting married at the Swan next June and want to stay in a suite, unfortunately the wedding is costing a bundle and looks like we will be getting the cheapest rooms they have. It would be wonderful if there is a possibility of being upgraded!

I had originally booked club level. Because my DH and I were celebrating our 25th management was great to give us a grand suite which was absolutely beautiful.
You'll love the Swan, it's a gorgeous hotel.
