just back... ending a good trip on a low point...

I'll get right to it.... I've had food poisoning for the last 24 hours.... (self diagnosed since this feels just like every other time I've had food poisoning)

Bad end to an overall good trip!


Hoping to start my trip report tomorrow! (as a note, I feel like I don't have as many specific highs but overall my trip was fabulous!)


Highs
Friendly cast members everywhere!
Love The village and Shopping!!
Very pleasant and short walk from the Santa Fe to the parks (I did it everyday)


Lows
Electricity issues one night in the Santa Fe
Studios felt very awkward and closed off (actually heard a child comment "aw, everything is closed" she was kind of right)
Room Key! (it took me at least 5 tries a time to open my door!)
Food poisoning (obviously)


I will have loads of pics to share, and like I said my lows exist but did not dominate the trip! In fact one of the lows led to a nice evening for me!

Just got back from Paris myself and my bf had a stomach bug as well. I met an American expat doctor I met at a cafe told me there is a stomach flu raging its way through the city this spring.

We thought it was food poisoning as well - the symptoms were nearly identical.

That's one low i forgot to put in my report. My Santa Fe toon key was a nightmare also. Never worked for the first 4 pushes in.
