Just back! Crowds were not bad at all!

Hi all! We just got back at midnight! Still tired, but wanted to let those of you who are about to leave that the crowds were not as bad as many had expected. We spent 9 days at the parks. We did one morning emh at mk on Friday. That was probably the most crowded day, but crowds really didn't build until the afternoon. I'll be posting a trip report later. We just got back too...

I had been getting WORRIED with all the hype, with the 50th and all...

No need!!! We we at MK on the 3rd and the 4th(which is evening EMH) and we never even needed a FastPass!

We just got back yesterday as well and crowds were very light. We were usually able to walk right onto the rides (5 to 10 minute waits at the most). The longest we waited for anything was 30 min on Saturday morning for Dumbo (my 4 year old just could not leave without riding it). Sunday thru Thurdsday were the least crowded days and things did pick up some on Friday and Saturday but I sort of expected the weekend to be busy. But overall it was a great time!!!! We only did Fast Passes for Space Mountain, Rockin Roller Coaster, and The Vogage of the Little Mermaid but I doubt we really need them.

I've a little longer to wait. I will be at the airport waiting to come home this time next year. Hopefully the crowds will be light the same week next year.
