I also checked in at BWV on Oct 19 at between 7/8 am and card machine was acting up but the CM got all my cards for me then( some one at a time) needed 10 cards for 2 st/studios and 1 bedroom/pref. Did not get rooms till after 2pm but did not have to come back to front desk. Same thing over at BCV about 7/8 am needed cards for 1 studio and got them right away but room not ready till after 2 pm

The CM who checked us in was very non-responsive regarding the problem and simply told us we would have to return later

Sounds like the same CM we had when we checked in.....I usually don't complain but she was awful.

The prize is a cruise for four (player and three guests; it is not limited to family members) in Category 9 cabin. This includes stateroom, meals, on-board gratuities, round trip ground transportation from MCO to port, round trip coach airfare, and taxes and fees (except for the income tax on the value of the trip). I'm interested in what might be possible in terms of upgrades, since we'd like to have two staterooms for a total of four adults. This will have to wait until I get the official award certificate in the mail so I can then contact the prize coordinator for the program.

We checked in at 9:30 am on Oct 19th at the BWV and we had no problems. Our room was ready at 9:30 and had no problems getting our keys. Looks like we lucked out with the keys.

It seems like people forget that check in is at 4pm. I am very pleased if I can get in earlier as we have a 1 year old and it is nice to get settled in, but I realize that it is no guarantee.

Why does everyone get so upset if their room isn't ready. Check out isn't until 11am.

I don't mind waiting until 4 pm or even a little later to get into the room. My problem was not having a key card and the lack of clear information about the situation from the CM at the front desk. We prefer to charge most everything to the room so we don't need to carry much cash with us. Even when the room is not ready at the time you check in, you are usually given a room key so you can make purchases, etc. Then you call back later to find out what room you've been assigned. You don't have to return to the front desk to complete this process. The CM who checked us in never explained the problem, just telling us to come back about 2 hours later. In her defense, I think she thought the printing problem would be resolved in the meantime. When I returned after lunch, I got stuck with her again, so I made no progress, even though guests checking in with other CMs were being given key cards without printing and assigned rooms from the "room ready" pool. This was the annoying point, since it was clear that other CMs had found a workaround in the meantime. Finally, on the third try about 4 pm, I got a different CM who issued us key cards without printing so we could access the room. I ended up standing in long lines at the front desk three times in one day, wasting about 90 minutes. Not my typical check in experience.
