A great big thank you to everyone on these boards & especially to the wonderful person who rented us points for a fabulous stay!

We stayed at BCV room 267 for 6 nights, 10/1 - 7.It was a great 2br with a view of the ball & fireworks from Illuminations. This was a dedicated unit but did not have 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. We were right by the bridge that goes over the canal so the kids could see the turtles swimming from the balcony. The only negative was that road noise could be heard even with the doors closed. Nice and close to the parking lot & quiet pool (which we noticed was not so quiet) but far from everything else. The only visible wear in the room was the dining table which was very worn.

Our check in was simple. We were worried having 2 reservations on points & 1 with cash in the middle but all our reservations were linked & never had to move. New keys were delivered each night. Only had to go to the desk to get a new parking pass.

Thanks again for these boards & all the valuable information!!
The kids loved the pool, location was great & even have my husband thinking of going back soon.

Thanks for the report! I'm so looking forward to going back to BCV. I have the first and last nights on cash (Sat, Fri...) and Monday thru Thursday on points. Do you mean they issue a new room key for each ressie? No big deal, but just curious.

Eric

Thanks for the report! Glad you and your family had a great time!

Yes, each new ressie required a new key. By the end of the week with 6 people we had alot of keys.

Also forgot to mention we could see Wishes from our balcony! Too cool! & hear some of the bands from Epcot.

Hi,

Thanks for the report!!!!! Glad you had a good time!

Eric ~

Did you book your cash nights with the DVC discount thru MS or thru CRO? We booked our weekend nights on the stay we just got back from at BCV's (awesome stay btw;) ) with the DVC discount thru MS and did not have to move (we paid cash for both weekends and points in the middle during the week) and we also did not have to check back in and out or get new keys. The entire ressie was linked and it was as if the ressie was booked as all one.

if you booked your cash nights thru CRO however, they may not be able to link the ressie all for you ~ although from what I understand they do try and do their best to not have to move you.

To the OP ~ Thanks for the great trip report!:teeth:
