Just back, BCV staff definitely trying!

I posted a lot of info on the other DVC board, but I thought I'd mention this here. I thought the staff at the Bc/BCV were definitely trying harder to please the guests. I noticed a real improvement in their attitude and everyone was a little more "chatty." I think it must be part of some new training because a couple of times I heard the same *lines* from different staff members. It was funny, but nice to see.

I did have one meltdown at the front desk (details in my other post), but that was definitely the exception and I think the result of poor policy more than anything.

In the employee training world, Disney is well-known for their customer service training. If there are a rash of customer service problems at any of the resorts, you can count on a revised curriculum rolling out within a few months to address the problem.
 
Or since "he who shall not be named" has moved on to a non-DVC resort, there isn't anyone to sour the others. :banana:
