Just back Bc concierge, Any ???????

Just got back today from 4 nights Bc concierge.
We had a really nice time. I prefer yacht club side to this side but it was still nice.
The concierge staff were very nice. the lounge was small. as far as seating.
We met alot of nice people in the lounge on vacation so that was neat! We met one family who was staying for free on Disney) because they are the next family on the tv show that they redo your house in a week!!!!!!! They got this trip so that Abc could be in their house redoing it!!!!!!!!! Isnt that too cool!!!!! And the lady I was talking to was so sweet!!!!(they are the Cox family)

tnkrbell how far out did conc. staff contact you? I will be there in May in just over 100 days. I was hoping to get a specialty cruise for my sons birthday and thought I would try as well as asking them to try. Just wondering if I should contact them or if I might be hearing from them soon. My DH was wondering if there was beer offered in the evenings. How were the food offerings? Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

I didnt get contacted till the week I was going because It was a last minute switch of hotels.
Yes you can get beer in the lounge you just ask for it. At Bc you also have to ask for Soda.
I like at Yacht better that you can help yourself to soda.
As far as food in the mornings it was always the same
donuts,muffins,crumbcake,bagels,cereal,fruit,juices,coffee,tea,hotchocolate,milk.
afternoon I never made it to the lounge I was at the parks.
in the evening they allways had veggie tray,hummus dip, oinion dip,crackers, toasted bread,pita, and a hot food from one of the resteraunts.also 5 wines,beer by request.
then late night desserts,kalua,baileys and some other cordial.
honestly we never ate dinner out!!!!!
We would eat breakfest in the lounge, then go to the parks get lunch. then we would plan to have dinner but we would end up too full to go!! lol
We were very lucky as far as liking what was offered while we were there. We also met other familys so we socialised so much the time went by so quick.

We are heading to the BC Concierge at the end of March.

Could you tell me about your interaction with the cast in particular? Did you ask for any help, PS's or special needs for your vacation? We have stayed at the YC before, so what were the BIG differences for you as a seasoned vet. of the YC?

Sorry about all of the questions I'm just interested in knowing anything I can about the BC Concierge!

Sazzosmommy, Hi! Well the lounge seating area is much smaller, It felt cramped.
The cms at the desk were nice very sweet. The lounge itself was hit or miss depending on who was running it. As far as keeping up with the food ect...
I felt like at the Yacht club side you were pampered more. They made us feel special.Dont get me wrong the cm were great about getting us things if we needed them at the bc. I guess bottom line is when you are paying what you are paying for this floor you want to feel as if you are getting what you are paying for.
Are you staying on the bc side for a special reason? Or just wanted to try it?
