We just returned last night from an 8 night stay. Our first night was at Pop and the rest at CSR. We did one e ride and only one EMH. We used our WWOS tickets and everything went fine. Yes, it is HOT, but it is June. ;) I'll be glad to answer any questions you might have.

How did you like CSR? Which section did you stay in, was it clean, etc??? Basically anything you could tell me would be great....we'll be there in 12 days! Thanks!

Did you happen to go by the new Stitch ride? And if so does it say a date on when it is going to be opening? Thanks

And I hope you had a wonderful time!

No date on the stitch ride last week. They did put a new statue of one of the aliens near it though. It wasn't there one day and the next there it was. They have not changed the outside yet so think it may be a while.

I was there last week and no there is no date on the new stitch ride. If you stand near it you can hear Stitch talking.

We enjoyed CSR very much. It does feel more like a deluxe than a moderate. We were in Ranchos 6B, rooms 6571 and 6570. We were right across from the quiet pool and laundry. It was a short walk to the Dig Site and Bus Stop 3. We never walked to El Centro from our room. The resort is very large and quiet. The Ranchos section seems very hot as it supposed to resemble a desert area. We did see some business type people, but not many. The resort was very quiet and very beautiful at night. Our only complaint was with the mousekeeping. Several days our room had not been cleaned when we returned from a park. On those days it was after 4:00 before it was cleaned. The mousekeeper was only average at best. Still, we enjoyed the resort and will return again if we decide to stay at the moderate level.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at CSR. We stayed there earlier this month and loved it too. We were in Cabanas 8B and had the same mousekeeping "problem". When we returned to our room at 2:30-3:00 each day the room wasn't cleaned, but we would definitely stay here again. Its beautiful and loved the Pepper Market!

I don't suppose Wonders of Life was open was it?

Thanks!

Yes the Carousel of Progress was open. Yes we also went into Mickeys Philharmonic. It was and is wonderful. Just wish it was a little longer it was so good.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I was at Typhoon Lagoon, but we drove. As for CoP, yes it was open and we loved it, as usual. I just wish this would be a permanent opening after Stitch opens. PhilharMagic is our favorite 3D show! It is just wonderful!!

ugadog99--

Glad you had a good trip!! Just sending greetings from a hometown girl and fellow DAWG.

We just got back too... we were staying at 7B across the quiet pool from your room I am sure we must have seen you!!! We loved CSR. I want to go back. I am in my day after WDW depression. BTW, were you wearing a pin with your name on it, i think we may have seen you.

Was the E ride night crowded? Or did the lines just whip along?

Thanks SUE
:D

Yes, Lisa, it probably was me or my daughter. We both had DIS buttons with our names. We got a lot of attention with those buttons!

As for e ride, the crowds were very light. We walked right on most attractions. There was about a 10 minute wait for BTMRR. Peter Pan was about 10 and so was Space. We really enjoyed this e ride and will be definitely doing one again! FYI: our e ride was on Friday, June 18.

Just wanted to say hello to ugadog99 and dawgsgirl. I can't believe to find 2 others from Newnan on these boards. I'm leaving tomorrow for the World and was glad to hear your report on eride night. I'm debating on whether to go to both (Monday, Wednesday). But I have to add that I'm a GT Yellow Jacket fan, but as long as we can talk WDW, we'll be fine, right?

I wish I would have said "HI"

LovetoTigger--

Have a great trip!! We were at WDW the last week in May and had a wonderful time! If this keeps up, we'll have to have a Newnan DIS meet. I forgive you for the Yellow Jacket thing!

Yes, I suppose I, too, can forgive the Jackets thing! I think there is someone else on the boards from Newnan who got back from the world around the first of June. A Newnan DIS meet sounds interesting!

Lisa, you should have said hi. I really did get a lot of questions about my buttons. A family in line at Pooh noticed and recognized the DIS, but we were too far away to talk. I also met Hermosa11 on the launch from WL to FTW. I really like the buttons, they are a great conversation starter!!
