We just came back from a February trip the week of the 10-15 and in all it was a good trip. Weather was ideal, we ate a great meal at BOG (lamb chops are to die for!!) and even met Anna and Elsa with only a 45 min wait (Score!)
The new FP+ was easy to use but limiting to say the least and we saw long FP+ lines but overall, it worked out for us because of longer park hours and we stayed until we were practically the only ones left in the parks. We went to all four parks and used the FP+ to get on the major rides but had to adjust our "ride the same ride 5x in a row" way of doing things until later to beat the unusually longer lines. Seems like there are more folks at the parks but less service on the Disney side of things. Less CM's to help manage the crowds, less service people at the food and merchandise end of things. Less offerings of snacks and such (lots of booths were never opened that I could see). I'm not sure I want to endure higher cost for less product (less Disney magic in general). My opinion is they are looking hard at their bottom line and cutting what they feel is superfluous and it's starting to show a raggedy edge on the Disney I know and love.
Despite noticing the missing "little" things and a slightly "cheaper" feel, we had a great time. I recommend BOG to everyone. It is quite the experience!
