Just back and have a few thoughts...

Just thought I'd share a few thoughts after our fabulous trip from Jan. 25- Feb. 1

1. Traveling with a two year old was tons of fun! He was so excited about the characters, rides, buses, hotels, etc. We would do it again in a heart beat! The only thing he was mildly afraid of were the fireworks and Rafiki. But, even then, no tears

2. Dole whips are delicious even in the cold rain!

3. Crowds were not light despite the research we found that it should have been one of the deadest weeks of the year. Next time, we will go during Magic season to use the pools and wear tank tops and shorts, not coats and scarves! We have been to WDW 7 months of the year and found this past trip to be busier than most of the others we have traveled.

4. Never let rain ruin the trip! We had rain for. 3 solid days and just kept trekking and had a great time!

5. FP+ was great for us with a little one because you can easily change them throughout the day. If DS was napping, we'd move our FP to an hour later to accommodate our needs.

6. The castle show before the fireworks at MK is AMAZING!! Not to be missed!

7. You can never see Nemo, the Musical enough times! He he...... Love it!

We had a great time!!!

Glad to hear that you had a great time with a 2 year old! I am taking my great grandson who will be two to WDW in May. He is a big, tall boy who is completely fearless, but he can be very stubborn. I hope he has as good a time as your son did!

By the way, I visited WDW a few years ago at the same time and I thought that it was much busier than I had expected too. It seemed to me like the only time it wasn't crowded was when it was raining. If the weather was warm, the parks were full to the brim.
