Just back and bad news!

I was in the world from the 18-25, and on the 19 I went to the main street bakery for my favorite breakfast of a cinnamon roll and a frozen latte. It was divine. Later in the week I went back in on Thursday afternoon for my delicious frozen treat and.........it was gone! The Main Street Bakery has removed the frozen Latte machine and replaced it with iced lattes!!!! We were told that it was due to too many guest complaining that they could not get it in different flavors! Lets just say that breakfast at the Main Street Bakery will never be the same!

i did have an iced mocha latte, and it was tasty, but we need the frozen latte machine to be returned!

It's so! My DH was almost in tears he was so upset.......he looks forward to those every year.......The cast members at the bakery were quite upset also!

well, by the same logic, everyone start complaining that they took it away! Then maybe you'll out complain the original complainers and get your lattes back!

(And while it's not a huge thing for me... I do have to agree with you that frozen is WAY better than iced, so I do hope it returns!)

Especially in the heat! Frozen is soooo much better! People complaining. I am getting so tired of hearing that all the complainers get their way!!!!

I dunno if it was truly customer complaints that forced a change. I think Disney throws around the excuse of "customer feedback" and "customer demand" when they want to change things themselves. Remember that they claimed customers demanded that the tip be removed from the dining plan! That one cracks me up every time I think about it!

So, maybe the machine was expensive to maintain or iced lattes are cheaper to prepare or something else involving the bottom line. Still a shame.

We do like the cappuccino floats at Sleepy Hollow as another caffeinated sweet treat. They had better not get rid of those! (Please do not tell me they have. )

OMG, I thought the same thing!

That's not cool about the frozen lattes though. I always get the frozen cappuccinos (which, funnily enough, I have more easily found at those booths that AREN'T run by Disney and don't take the dining plan) and I would die if I was left to fend on ICED capps rather than frozen ones. *shudder*

I hope Disney fixes this for you. Don't mess with out frozen caffenated beverages, people!

Mmmmm... Our local Krispy Kreme has frozen lattes. I think I'll stop there tomorrow morning for one (Lotta Latte). I'll need to do plenty of afterwards, but mmmm, they're yummy. Sad I'll miss out on that yummy treat at Disney.

I'm sorry you all are so disappointed, but to me, it is good news!! I hate frozen drinks and would much rather have the over ice version.

I never complained about it though. So please don't thow anything at me!

and remember when they got rid of EMH in replaced it with Character Caravan because of guest feedback
