We just arrived home last night after ten nights at WDW. It was COLD most of the trip with lows in the 30's & 40's and highs barely in the 50's & 60's and pretty windy several of those days. Only had two days in the 70's, our first and last day! Thank goodness we had one suitcase full of winter clothes and one full of summer clothes which were barely worn, but this time of year you just never know. We had a great time. Everyone stayed pretty healthy, took and assortment of cough drops, Dimetapp, Zicam, Triaminic and just my husband had a little cough for part of the trip. Crowds started building on Friday the 19th and by time we left late yesterday afternoon the parks were very busy and many times waits in the Fast Pass return lines were 5-10 minutes depending on popularity of attraction which was a surprise to us as we had been spoiled by near walk-on nonexistant lines in previous December trips. MVMCP was great, Wishes was wonderful, as were all the other new attractions since our last trip. My daughter lost (left on Mission Space, I think) her backpack with both her and her younger brother's autograph books, with about 8 days worth of autographs, their pens and other small items and by time we arrived back at our room a short 2+ hours later after leaving EPCOT & going to Downtown Disney, our message light was blinking upon arrival in our room and they had found it and were sending it to Central Lost & Found. Amazing they found out who & where we were with just a child's first & last name in the front of the autograph books! The Orlando airport was very busy yesterday afternoon and we had no problems checking in, checking our luggage and very short lines through security. I was a little nervous about needing to arrive a bit earlier than our planned Tiffany Towncar pickup and checked with them that morning with a quick phone call and they said we would be fine with our 1 hr. 45 minute prior to departure timeframe and we were. Our smaller airport in Huntsville, AL was practically vacant when we arrived home at 7:00 p.m. CDT but you could sense the heightened security all around.

Sounds like you had a great trip. I'm glad your autograph books were returned so quickly.
