I was on the 11/10 Wonder too! We were travelling with 10 families and we had a ball. The weather was awesome the whole time- a little chilly the last day, but by then we were tired of swimming anyway. It gave us an opportunity to do lots of inside activities on our last day. The kids enjoyed the Oceaneers club and we had a great meal at Palos on our final night. It was our first Disney Cruise, but certainly not our last. My kids preferred it to WDW, which they love.
I, too, was on the 11/10 Wonder. I took my 80 year old mother on it for her birthday as her first cruise. I had been just a <I>little</I> worried about whether she would like it, but she LOVED it! She had no problems whatsoever (just didn't walk as fast as some rushing-around guests) and said it was the BEST vacation she had ever had (and she has travelled extensively). When she informed people "<I>This is my first Disney cruise</I>" I asked her if she plans to take another one and she said "<I>I certainly DO</I>!"
The funniest part was when we were in <I>Wavebands</I> for awhile and as we were leaving, the "<I>Village People</I>" guys were on their way in. She turned right around and said, "<I>Let's not leave yet</I>." When we finally did leave and went to <I>Barrel of Laughs</I> for Duelling Pianos, during one quiet moment between songs she announced, "<I>This place is dead. <I>Wavebands</I> is the place to be</I>!" Oh, my!
