Personally, I think if someone wins Dream Fastpasses and then they are in another line at the same park and the team comes up with them again, they should not be allowed to get 2 in the same day. If they are at another park, well, OK, I guess I would understand that. But I did see some people wearing two of them around at Epcot. Just seems like the whole thing would be more fun if they "shared the wealth" you know?

Just my opinion!

I agree if you won a dream already pass it along to someone else. I have been to WDW twice during the year of a million dreams once in Oct. 2006 and now Sept. 2007 and have come home both times with no dreams granted.:confused3

It does seem that most of these posts are either "We didn't get anything" or "We got 2, 3, 4, or more dreams" (not necessarily all on the same day). It's kinda weird that some people seem to have lots of luck at being in the right place at the right time, and others (most) don't! :confused3

When my dd won her dream the team told us that nothing is random. A place and a time let's them know where to be to give out the dream.

When we won the Fastpasses at Epcot, I wore my son's Fastpass so he wouldn't rip the tabs off. He's 4 and can't keep his hands off of things. Someone stopped me to ask me if I had won twice. I told them that I had an onery 4 year old that couldn't leave things alone. :lmao:

I wanted to say the same thing. I just about always had 2 on, for me & DS2 -- and sometimes even had 3, if DS5 was swinging his around. But DH and I were discussing the "what if" question -- "What if we were at the right place at the right time again?- Would they give them to us again?"

So, has anyone received 2 in the same day- same park?

At first I thought the people we saw were doing what you did...wearing their childs so they would not lose it or tear off tabs (completely understandable...you know how kids are!!). But in these 2 cases everyone in the group had one on.

Uh, no. You misheard. The place and the time that they receive is random and is received by the dream squad only minutes before they go to award the prize.

And, yes, the official rules state you can win again but considering only 100-250 Fastpasses are given out daily, the odds of you winning twice are less than a 0.005% chance.

[if you're curious about the math ... ~200 FPs / ~20,000 people = 0.01 / 2 = 0.005]

Personally it wouldn't bother me if someone or a while family won one after each ride they went on. I would just think to myself, "Boy I'm gonna ask them when they are going to Vegas, maybe some of that luck will rub off on me".;)

I won mickey ears oct 2006 and i told myelf if i won them again this last august, then i was going to give them to the first kid i saw exhibiting good manners.

no reason i need two of them!!

turns out i didnt win a darn thing. I found myself become quite dissapointed. but then i had to talk myself out of the slump i was in. I was disgusted at myself. I should have been grateful that i won something the 1st time in 2006... not mad that i didnt win in 2007...shame on me.

If im so lucky as to go again during the year of a million dreams event.... i will keep my 'if i win the ears: give them away" kind of deal:)
