Last night I tried to acess SW pass holder section and it would not go through. My Easypay acess did not work either.
Called this morning. My passes had expired even though they are supposed to just keep renewing. They said.....my credit card expired 3 months ago and card denied payment. The card I use states valid 2011-2014 as its dates. They said they sent an e-mail. Unfortunately they chose to send it to my youngest son's e-mail and not to me who bought and keeps the passes paid for each year. ( he had lost his pass once and got a new one issued so must have gotten his e-mail then). My e-mail is the same as when we first got the easy-pay passes the first year they offered them, so why they did not have it attached to the contract is questionable.
They reinstated us with the original contract so we have our passes active again at the same payment a month which is a really good rate compared to todays prices so we are happy campers again.
BUT ..... Have to wonder if conveniently dropping us into inactive and possibility of not finding out for too many months might be a technique to get old pass holders to have to buy at the current prices instead of under the old contracts with them.
So my advice use the passholders site on a regular basis just to make sure you are still active. I had not noticed it was not charged for a couple months on the credit card so check for it each month on your method of paying, too. Still not sure why they thought the card expired in 2013. But all is well again and the passes can be used on a planned trip this weekend.
