Just Adult Trip?

I am thinking of an adult trip only without going into the parks with my boyfriend. Any suggestions of romantic things to do or places to go while there?

You can watch Wishes from the Poly beach. Some of the resorts have carriage rides, but I'm not exactly sure which ones. I believe one of them is Fort Wilderness and the other is Port Orleans French Quarter, but double check that. Have a meal at Victoria and Albert's, but make sure you've got plenty of cash. Those are the things I can think of off the top of my head.

I think you should reconsider your decision not to go to parks. No one said you had to do rides while there. World Showcase at Epcot is great for drinking around the world. There is a wonderful tequila bar in Mexico that is awesome and many great countries to try new stuff. Also, I love going to Hollywood Studios and fly upside down on Rock n Rollercoaster and fall on Tower of Terror, followed by drinks at the Tune Inn Lounge. Full menu available at the bar if you want to eat.
