We are currently at BCV and decided to meet our guide for an add on. We added on 100 points at SSR!! 
I'm not sure how I convinced DH! So now we have 300 points - 400 next year with the new promotion! What will I do now!! 
more trips to plan! We used the $500 gift card as a down payment. It turns out about $89 a point plus they pay for the closing costs since we are already owners.
I think the real clincher on the deal was we stayed at Coronado Springs for 3 nights for $600, dues will be only $400 and we can stay in a studio at SSR on the weekends before BCV during the holidays.
