Just added another day to trip

The internet is a bad thing sometimes -- as of this morning we were driving to WDW in December -- this AM I check flights and for about $124 more than the cost of driving we can fly -- so we added another day at WDW. I am still trying to figure out my spur of the moment reasoning that this was not really costing us that much more. It must be the Disney fever!

I completely understand where you are coming from! I have managed to add two days to our trip since we made our first reservations.

I agree it must be Disney fever.

I dont know how far you were driving but think how much better you will feel when you first get there! Driving long distances is hard on me.

I agree driving is hard. It will take us about 9 hours to drive down in December. Hubby will NOT fly, so we drive down the day before our WDW vacation begins and stay some where off-site for the night. After a good night sleep we hop in the car and are at our resort 25 minutes later rested and ready to go.

I also added another day (leaving one day earlier than originally planned - so my ticker may be slightly off). We now have 5 FULL days at WDW.

DH would rather fly than drive so I started searching for airfares and finally secured us the flights we wanted. Now it is a waiting game.....

We also added another day to our trip.. By flying down a day earlier we saved $400 for the group and even after adding another day to our package we still saved over $200 plus we got the whole extra day at disney....

Disney fever must be really contagious!! We added two days to our ressies also!! And we aren't flying. We are driving. I hope you all have a wonderful time!!
