Just a vent about my December reservation,,,,updated, We're going!!

Got a call this morning......we now have a reservation again!! Took going through 3 people, but he did it.
Not Boulder Ridge, Kidani.
He is going to follow and monitor and see about our BR wait list (not holding my breathe on that....11 nights is long time for that).
He is also going track it back, because it shouldn't have happened (my OKW didn't get cancelled). If it ends up being a CM, he is going to let them know that shouldn't happen.

Yikes! I've just started the process of adding my 2 adult children to my deeds. I have a split stay booked in studios at BW and BC for next May, booked at 11 months out. I already notified MS that I'm adding the kids but not through their closing company. If these get cancelled, I'll never get them back. I'm hoping for some pixie dust here.

You should not need pixie dust. I’d keep notifying Member Administration (not Services) that I’m adding adult kids and they should not cancel my reservations each step of the way - especially when the deed is about to be filed with Orange County, meaning it’s getting very close to being sent to MA, and again when I know that MA should have just received it or be about to receive it.

To add to what Carol said, I’d email MA as well as call so you have the notification in writing..
