Is the Ride-A-Thon worth it?

If I can play a game of pirates in 5 minutes and win 200 credits, and then use those credits to buy 2-4 pieces of track, why should I stand in line? Do you think there is a chance that these pieces won't be available for purchase?

I am just thinking out loud...

i highly suggest you wait in line bc chances are, these slide pieces won't be on sale later. i remember buying the green super hero outfit when it first came out and then trading it off bc i figured it would sell for more than a day even though the homepage said it was on sale for 2 days only (you know how vmk and disney often do this). I should have listened to vmk though bc it really was these 2 days only. so get your slide pieces today!

Yes the page does say that... but how do they expect people to build their contest entries just from riding? Only getting up and down pieces... no turns, entries, straights, nothing. I think they would have to be for sale too no matter what the newsletter says.

but they are handing out only two things item up slope and straight ride pieces, so what about the teleporters, or the turns or the down slope. Also the event list show no more slide a thons, though it could change but it would be torturing us for us to get all the ride piece in this one single -a-thon! We do have lives!
