When we were in WDW we noticed a building around our resort, POP, and it looked like a fire hall but never saw anyone there...I was just wondering if this is just a prop, I guess you could call it or is it a real firestation...

It is real. The PP poster said it looked "toy like" and it does. Good thing you didn't see anyone there. That would have meant a fire was on property somewhere.
