Trying to book a room. It's available , hit continue, which contract to take points, hit continue, spin spin spin, We're working on it.......

And I still can't get back into the booking page.
 
This happened to me three times yesterday. I called and got through immediately each time. I’d go that route.
 
Sorry you didn't get it. The site is often overwhelmed and unable to handle the load, thus we see dwarves. This is especially an issue when the windows first open.

I got right in just now (11:15 am Eastern) & checked on the October night I have waitlisted. Still not available.
 

Oh geez. Is it that hard to rebook right now?
I rented points for June 13-20 at AKL and might have to change if it’s closed. Was looking at the week before Thanksgiving (November 14-21) as an alternate. You guys think it’ll be bogged down?

I hope you get your dates! This time is stressful enough. ❤️
 
Three times.....three times.....I had the room.....put in names, picked contract.....once I got as far as agree to terms,click.... one moment. you're almost there.............and it went down.

And now it's gone.

Over the last few days, I was able to piece together 4 nights one bedroom garden/pool.

The order of booking was Wed, Fri, Sat, Thur.


Now where are my BP meds......

For future, just keep one name in and put others in later. I am finding that more important lately with the way dwarves are happening. I booked for a friend last night and just put in her name...didn’t even change the address, so I could book it before I got logged out!

Will go back today and fix it. So glad you got the room,

I've started doing this recently. Helps keep the stress level down a bit. :)

With the resources that Disney has, I've never understood why the website and app have so many issues.
 
I'm glad we got the room.

Small victory after having to cancel our first ever club level stay that was to take place in three weeks.

So we have 4 nights BLT studio and then 4 night one bedroom BWV.

For whatever reason, they just don't WANT a great system. their main IT is in Seattle, which is where they keep good IT people, and they "hire" 18 year old interns to do the exact work they are told to do. Mystifying.
 
The dwarves issues right now are inexcusable. Our MFs go to keep a that up and running zero reason at this point there should still be issues.
 
Two days in a row I have tried to cancel a June reservation on the DVCmember website and I was able to get through to the last step, which asked me to scroll through the terms and conditions, checked the "I agree" box and then the dwarves would appear. I tried different browsers and it was the same thing. I know I can always call MS but I am the type who prefers to do everything myself online. Guess I will have to get on the phone tomorrow. Sigh...

I was able to cancel my reservation through chat the other day.
 
I tried to book set/oct just now and I can't even find if the dates are available. Just a spinning wheel.
 
When I get the dreaded dwarves I back button and that seems to work, most of the time.

Having the same. Last night and today are the first times in weeks I have been able to keep the potential booking site up. Have missed several opportunities with the dwarves making fun of me on my laptop screen! Grrrr. Keep trying everyone!
