people tend to hang out in one public room and that room ends up with a very long queue. I am wondering if hosts use advanced play and go into these rooms or just regular. If they use regular and just go into a random instance of a room, chances are they won't be dumped into one that has a long queue.

Any idea if hosts use the advanced feature?

I believe the hosts can pick whatever instance they want and enter it, the queue doesn't matter, even if there is a huge line, they can pop right it whenever, where ever they want.

oh, I understand that they can pop right in. I know they'll go in guest rooms queue or not but I am just wondering if they will do the same for public rooms, knowing ppl are most likely camping out in there waiting, or if they will choose one that isn't full with a queue! I am just wondering because the past few days I spent quite some time in two different public rooms that had a long queue and no host ever!

I know! I guess maybe I didn't explain myself properly I was just wondering if they would choose a public room that is full with a queue over one that does not have a queue. If they want to go in a particular guest room, there is no choice, but with public rooms there are different instances, and they can choose one that does not have a queue. Also, if they don't use advanced play and are just randomly placed in an instance, chances are they will be placed in one that is not full!

apparently, they are given guidelines as to where to go and when. according to the newsletter. I would assume those guidelines would also include which instance to go into as well.

I don't think it's as specific as the instance.

Host was in several frontierland docks and Mark Twain rooms yesterday searching for feathers, as it turned out.

I think they get a room and a costume or color. From there, they pop through the instances to find the requirements.

I am hoping, since we are getting 50 messages a day about not filling up a room, that they would choose the lesser populated instances at least first to reward those who are trying to listen to their message.
