I was kinda excited this weekend because Disneystore.com announced it would have free shipping...(it's not a lot but every little bit helps!) I figured I would have some time at work tonight to check it out before the sale expires. So I go to the website...and it's down. Can't access anything, don't know when it's gonna be back up, down

Frustrating, to say the least, lol. Looks like I'll just have to keep hitting the refresh button til it comes back!

I take it all back...the site is now back down *again*, and the promo code for free shipping doesn't work It's a good thing I have a sense of humor, that's all I can say, haha.

I'm having the same frustration. I was trying to order my kids some summer PJs (2 for $24 and free shipping) and it crashes during check-out.

Consistent problem with their website for as long as I can remember. Drives me crazy, I rarely even bother going to their website anymore...especially when they are having a big sale or offering a free shipping code. Seems the point of those things is to SELL more stuff, but in my experience, it's really just to fustrate people trying to shop. Boggles my mind that a company like Disney can't figure out how to make a decent website...especially one that people are trying to spend money on.

Don't be complaining about disneystore.com with Canadians around. The shipping usually costs more than the items (and the free shipping is always US only). This after closing all but one of the stores in Toronto.

Remember when the shipping was free all the time, even to Canada, the stores sold items for people older than 6 years old, and the Disney catalog was still around?

You'd think if it was a Memorial Day weekend special it would last at least until the actual Memorial Day.

AND ANOTHER THING !

I've been trying to order a "World of Color" T-Shirt for men for months now, and the only size they've had in stock is "small". I don't think a lot of grown men order small sized T-shirts, but the point being....

HOW LONG can it possibly take to get the other sizes back in stock ? I assumed Disney wanted my money, but they have been really "slacking" in terms of variety and sizes of T-shirts lately...

Snow Globes, too.... But that's another subject.

It's as if they've taken their focus off of the Disney store dot com and that's really surprising.

If the website is down, you can always call in an order (if you know what you want). I had a question about an order I was placing online (wanted to use multiple gift cards but the website wouldn't allow me to do so). I called in and they were able to take my order and use the multiple gift cards.

Shipping was free to Canada??? Oh my stars.

It seems the section for adult things are getting smaller and smaller with these new interactive stores that are pretty much designed to be playgrounds for children while their parents buy them things.

You guys are right, I really shouldn't say anything about it. I did finally get it to work, though, lol. But Yuki, you're right-the adult section is getting smaller while it seems every week there are like, 10 new toys added. WTHeck? I am usually able to find something though, so I can't say too much, haha

I guess I was lucky. I was able to place an order and I just got confirmation of shipping a few minutes ago. A new Mickey iPhone case. My DH just got an iPhone and I am giving him my old case and I get the Mickey one.
