I have a few questions. I'll be heading down to WDW August 5th-12th. I'm going with my mom & dad and I'm taking 2 of my friends. I'm getting together with them this weekend to talk about it and plan our trip a little. So I just wanted to get a few things clarified. Thanks in advance!!

1. How long is the Narnia walk thru up? My friend loves the movie, and I know she'll flip if she got to go through the sets.

2. I know the Happiest Celebration on Earth is ending soon. But when are they going to start taking down all the decorations? I want my friends to see the golden castle, not one all covered up with the wooden walls to cover the construction.

3. Do the little performances around Epcot's World Showcase have specific times? There are a couple that are very funny, and I was wondering if they have times, either on a website or at the park, so we are guaranteed to see them.

Thanks so much everyone!! ::MickeyMo

Sounds like a great trip!
1. Sorry, haven't been down this year to see it.
2. I thought the celebration went until 10/1, but could be wrong about that.
3. All the parks have a 'program' and map of the park that lists show times, so the answer is yes. It will tell when In Kilter is @ Canada (EXCELLENT music). (I'm real tired now and am not sure that's their correct name). The Chinese acrobats are also excellent, and England has some very funny shows with audience participation. There are also drum lessons for you to participate in.

Thanks for the info kda!

Will WDW take down decorations on the day the HCOE ends, or will they start beforehand, to get a head start?

Sorry, I don't have a clue. Disney does a great job of working at night and magically transforming the parks. That said, some work is obviously on a bigger scale and involves scaffolding, etc.

I love MK, but I have to admit that I didn't remember that the castle was different for this celebration, and we saw it last fall. All I remember is the year they made it into a pastel birthday cake ................ I whined about that for a LONG time.
