This is wayyyy off topic but does pertain to traders in a way.

Is anyone else getting mail returned from the Mailer Daemon that they never sent?
At least once a day I get mail returned to me that says I sent it to someone who uses the Tampabay.com address. This person may still be a trader, but she had some "problems" at one time and is no longer posting to any boards. I don't send mail to her and have no idea why these keep coming to me.
I also did get an e-mail a few days ago stating that mail from this address MAY contain viruses. I don't open any of this mail, and usually delete it immediately.
I use aol, had anyone else had this problem, and who's attention should I bring it to? Peggie

Peggie, if it's e-mail from the internet (outside of AOL), you can check the mail headers by clicking where it says "details" under the subject, date, from, and to lines.

The tampabay.com e-mail you see may be a masked e-mail address to hide the actual sender's e-mail address. The details can tell you the server they are coming from. If you want to pursue it, you can contact the admin at that server and get them in trouble.

If it's something like someone trying to make me think they are from AOL and need my credit card, I usually forward it to TOSemail1 at AOL

I did get mail from someone at Tampabay who was trying to start trouble and I wrote tampabay and they would n't tell me who it was from.
but the mail I am getting now says that the mail I tried to send to this "person" did not go through, but I didn't send mail to her.
I will go into the help menu when I get another one and ask the person there if he or she can help me. Peggie

Nothing here like that.
We did get a new computer almost two weeks ago. And the first week we had it, Norton caught four e-mails with viruses! And none of them were from anyone I ever heard of. Two were the same e-mail addy.
There has been postings on Dizpins about e-mail viruses.
