I've seen King Louie and Baloo at the entrace to AK and on Main Street in the MK.

I also saw Baloo near the MK Entrance by town square in Dec 2005. It was a little after park opening.

Town Square at MK and in Africa near where the path between Africa and Asia begins are where I most often tend to see them. They also use to be on the Character Bus at EPCOT, but since the Bus isn't around anymore I'm not sure where they'd be at that park. They are the only characters from the movie that are currently out for meet-and-greets and aren't regulars at any character meals.

I don't know their names, but in September we saw the little orangatang (sp?) and the king in Toon Town, they were on the side of the tent with a bunch of other characters, near the railroad. The CM that was with them was hollering out to everyone that some rarely seen characters were out if anyone would like to visit with them.

Ah! You were very lucky! That is the "ToonTown TearDrop" area, and it is sporatically used for character meets. Usually there are some of the not-so-common characters there. In December, we saw Ratcliffe, Prince John, Sheriff of Nottingham, Rabbit, Meeko, Perla, and Stitch there.

Just like Meeko said, I seen King Louie and Baloo repeatedly either by the entrance area in MK, or by those drums on the path from Africa to Asia at AK. And Baloo is often at the entrance to AK too. I think I saw King Louie or Baloo (one of them, can't remember off hand) at the Character Connection place at Epcot, inside Innoventions.

We saw them in Africa also at AK (both Baloo and King Louie) right next to Tusker House. They were there right before the restaurant opened and were back under an covered porch where it was cool. That would have been around 10:30 or 11:00 a.m. They acted like they were there frequently. Good luck!

We will do Tusker House for a bit to eat at opening time on a AK early entry day. Hope to run into King Louie and Baloo

When you see characters in the Teardrop, it means they are in training. It may be only their first or second day out with guests, so go easy on them.

King Louie and Baloo are the only Jungle Book characters who make public appearances, although Moguli and Colonal Haiti (yes, the elephant...) are available for special events only. Baloo and Louie's regular locations have already been mentioned- Town Square at the entrance to MK and the Oasis- AK's entrance as well as Africa. When the Epcot bus was running, they were often on it as well, but I'm not sure about Character Connection. I haven't been over there yet.

Definately AK. We got a pic with the little orange monkey from the Jungle Book (can you tell I'm good with names?) and a character from Lion King (Rafiki maybe). Why they were together I don't know but there was almost no wait for them...
