How's the food?

The crowds (off-season)?

Is there animal-themed merchandise on sale there?

We ate there on our trip last January, based on recommendation on the dis boards. The atmosphere was alot of fun (think Rainforest Cafe), the servers were friendly and polite and you get cute little transparent, plastic animals hooked onto your beverage glasses. Food was average...kind of typical chain-restaurant fare. I would go back for the convenience and surroundings, but, to be honest, both my DH and 7 year old DS asked not to go back---just didn't like the food.

When I was younger we made sure to go to Jungle Jim's every time we were down there. They have such good burgers. I went two years ago and though the place was a little run-down, the burger was good as usual. And their prices are pretty reasonable, if I can remember correctly.

I also believe that they have a little gift counter.

You can use the entertainment card there... (we have brevard one) for either 15% off or a free meal depending I guess on the mood of server...she told us 15% then when the bill came she said one of the meals/drinks was free... cool! They didn't punch the card either, just looked to see if we had one

I agree great atmosphere, the menu has a great selection of generally Applebee's quality food. Skip the filet mignon, whatever you do. Mostly reasonable and convenient if you're staying nearby. Not worth going out of your way for, IMHO.

Definitely agree! Go for burgers, they are huge. The kids will have fun, its never been crowded when we've been there. We used our entertainment card too and they didn't stamp it.. i guess they want u to come back during the week or two you are in town! And wow does their air conditioning work! we're always down in late June to the end of July and brrrrrrrr!!!!!!

We ate there last Thursday...definately worth it...my 5 year old loved the place...and it was reasonably priced for the amount of food you get...we had really huge and good burgers there....my son thought the little animals on the straws were cool and the helicopter was great!
