You're right. It's bad, as in "good".

Jes - I can answer for Mike (hope he don't mind) - "bad" can be used to mean "good" here in the USA - don't know if it's the same by you. Like the Michael Jackson song "She's Bad" - means she's so BAD she's GOOD! Kind of like how "sick" means "totally rad", not that something is "sick/bad".

Adorable? He's getting chased my Tigers, monkeys, and Orangutans oh my. Not to mention being tricked/hypnotized by a snake big enough to swallow him. Mowgli riding on Baloo's down the river is cute tho.

I don't know if Scarlet makes a good voice actor, I don't sense the intention in her delivery. Compare it to someone like Eartha Kitt who can make the lines drip evil.

Not half as funny as what I thought it meant. I'm in my 40s, so tried to guess, and obviously summoned up some old valley girl thang because I thought it meant bad (substitute "apples") fur-shur. LOL. I thought the OP had liked the trailer. I had to look up the abbreviation online to find out . . . nope.

I was just making fun of the slang discussion. I certainly wouldn't call that trailer "adorable", though I did think it looked outstanding. Big fan of Jon Favreau.
