Jungle book DVD - best deal

Jungle Bood DVD is being released this Tuesday. The Blu-Ray is on sale at Toys R Us for $19.99. Are there any coupons available? Is this the best deal?

I preordered from Amazon for $28 minus a $5 coupon. Current amazon price is $23. Will I be price adjusted to $23 price minus the $5 coupon ($18)?

The coupon/preorder was back in November.

Email them and tell them of the price drop, they should honor it.

I bought the kindle hdx at Christmas a week later the price dropped 30.00 I emailed them and they immediately credited my acct

It usually takes a day or two for the price drop to register with Amazon if you have it pre-ordered- I know I was just charged $23 for it, so there will probably be a price adjustment and they'll refund the difference (I have the coupon applied, as well). This has happened in the past with a few books and movies that I've pre-ordered and I've always gotten my refund in a decent amount of time.
