June trip

We were thinking about taking a trip to the world in Oct. but now we are thinking of making it a two week vaca. and don't want to pull the kids from school that long. So my questions are:
When does school get out in Florida?
How hot and humid is it during the 2nd-3rd week?
How are the crowds? Last time we went was in early Dec. and didn't have to wait long at all. I know this won't be the case, but want to prepare ourselves. Thanks for the help.

I can speak to the first week of June. We've been there the last two year and will go aain this year.

It is hot and humid. We plan longer trips (nine days) based on the heat and humidity. We are at the parks for RD and then spend the afternoon at the pool at the resort. The break in the afternoon helps our kids. When they are swimming they don't notice the heat!

As far as crowds go...It can be crowded. However, if you get to the parks at RD use fast passes and good touring plan you can have a great trip.
