Hello!

We are going to US for the first time in June. We will stay at Dockside the night before going to the parks the next day. We move to RPR the next night so will have the EP for both of our park days. We bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist.

I think we will need to go to RPR the first morning to check in and get the passes. What do we need to "activate" our tickets? Could we do any of this the night we arrive at Dockside?

I appreciate your help!

my memory of purchasing tickets from a third party vendor was there's nothing to activate. Did you get a barcode? That's what will be scanned and you'll be fingerprinted at the entry gate.

Mine are a full sized sheet of paper with the barcode. How would I get the credit-card-sized tickets to put in a lanyard? Can I pick those up at the front desk (HRH in my case)? Or guest services?

Also, we linked our third party tickets to my online UO account. Is there any benefit to doing so?

They are ready to go, if from UT. I bought from them years ago and got sent the hard cards in the mail but that might have been the option I chose. Not sure if they can give you the hard ones at the parks or not. You could def ask though!

You can swap to the convenient credit card size tickets at either your hotel ticket desk or at guest services. But you don't have to. Having tickets in the App is not necessary but can be helpful if you forgot them or if you don't want to deal with the big paper sheet version (but I prefer to swap those anyways).
