June park schedule

I am not quite sure where to post this but here it goes:

We are going June 5-12 and staying offsite (there are 3 adults and 2 children). We have never gone before YAY.

When do the park opening/closing times come out?

I had the idea that maybe one of the nights in the middle of the week me and the two kids could sneak away and stay in an onsite hotel (and give their parents "a break" ). It would be great to know what parks/perks we could take advantage of to figure out which night is best.

Any tips?

Generally park hours are released 2 months in advance. The June hours will be out right around April 1st.
