June park calendar?

We will be in Anaheim June 19-26. I'm still trying to figure out which days are best to go during our stay there. We have a two day park hopper pass. Should be interesting, I'm a little nervous.

I've only been to DL twice, but assuming you are only there partial days on the 19th and 26th and you want to go consecutive days your best bet is probably the 20th and 21st (Wed and Thurs). If you are there full days on the 19th and 26th then I think the earlier in the week the better, i.e. the 19th and 20th or the 25th and 26th. I would stay away from Friday - Sunday.

However, 2 other things to keep in mind. 1) You should wait until the hours come out. 2) We called several weeks ago and they said that the last day the "high school grads days" or whatever they call it is 6/22. So, there will be a lot of extra local high school kids there that week and then "high school only kids from 11pm-3am" those nights I believe. So, extra noise until 3am if your hotel is close enough to pick up park noise (like the Fairfield with a park facing room). It might be best to go the 25th and 26th if you can.

Perhaps somebody more experienced can chime in....

OK, this is becoming silly. The same thing happened again tonight (precisely why I checked now). The parks calendar was updated through the 19th ~11ish...briefly. The same hours were posted as previously, 8-11 for DCA, MMs and 8-midnight for DL. However, this time I clicked on the daily schedule...sent to the schedule for today. Back, refresh, same info, same outcome (daily schedule for today). Back, refresh, schedule through 6/15 displayed. Refresh, refresh, refresh...same, same, same. So I'm guessing that they have a scheduled update that takes place around this time each night, which is being pulled from the site. Just guessing, but I have a background in Web publishing, so it kinda makes sense. :confused3

Thank you Ik2500 - I think that we will probably end up going to DL/DCA the 20th and 25th. We will start out vacation at DL and end it at DL. Should be fun!

Calendar updated through 20th for now. Same dealio...DL 8-midnight 16th-18th, 8-11 19th & 20th, all with MMs; DCA 8-11 16th-20th, no MMs listed. :confused3

I still have it through the 20th after yet another refresh. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. ;) $10 the next refresh it goes back to the 15th. :sad2:

Can any one tell me what touring plans is showing for 6/2 through 6/7

I only have the 7th still up from a previous session, and it shows 2.8 and 4.1 (DL/DCA). The 6th is a Wed, which is usually the best day of the week for DCA. That just leaves 6/2-6/5. Unfortunately I only have a WDW sub, and DLR is another $6.95. Grumbles...

Thanks... hopefully someone will have that week to show me. But that does give me hope of a GREAT trip :)

We have seen this for many months. Yes, you see what you see. But the calendar can show different things on different browsers. So simulataneoulsy two people can be seeing different things on the same page - and then argue about which is correct. In which case both are correct - and incorrect.

After a few days pass it will settle out...

Just got off the phone with a CM @ Pinocchio's who could only see to the 15th. So here I am trying to explain what I've been seeing the past few days. She thanked me for the 411. Oy vey. :)

And BTW, my WDW centric inner planner is going nuts trying to plan all of this in such a short window with so many TBDs. Just sayin'... :)

And back to the 15th tonight. This is like deja vu all over again. :confused3

I finally saw some days after the 15th tonight, so here's what I could see:

16th - 18th hours are showing DL: 8-12am and DCA: 8am-11pm.

19th - 21st (grad nights?) shows both DL and DCA: 8am-11pm.

I was able to click on the entertainment schedule for Monday the 18th and it says no magic mornings. Not sure that means anything since the schedule keeps changing. As I said before they had the schedule up for the 13th for a few days showing DCA closing at 10pm with 2 WOC showings, then they changed it to closing at 9pm with only 1 WOC that night. Either we call it an early night or we shuffle over to DL with all the grads...oh boy.

I am also someone who planned this trip before the Carsland and BVS grand openings were announced, so I'm still trying to figure it out.

Refreshed this AM and through the 22nd is posted. We'll see how long that lasts....

In any case, the hourse are the same as listed for earlier in the week...8-11 for DL and DCA with MM for DL. That's an entire week+ for MMs for DL from 6/15-6/22. That can't be right. Right? However, according to the CM I spoke with earlier this week, MMs won't happen @ DCA when the hours are 8-11 (or midnight). :confused3 He all but confirmed MMs were coming for DCA, but none are listed for the week after re-opening, etc. @ DCA. x11 Note that when you click on a date during this period, the daily hours for the current day (5/11 for today) are still displayed. You can only see the daily schedule by mousing over the date during that week to see the MMs listed. Frustrating....

It looks like DL & DCA both close at 11:00 now. DL was open until 12:00 last year. That's a little bit of a bummer. Not that I could stay until midnight, I plan on being there when it opens and my son is five, I'll be lucky to stay to see the fireworks and World of Color.

I expect hours to expand to midnight by the end of June. Not sure why but I heard somewhere that they are not starting Summer hours until the end of June.

According to the DL website the grad nights that week fall on the 19th, 21st and 22nd, so I assume that's why DL is closing at 11pm, though I'm not sure why it's closing at 11pm on the 20th if there's no grad night. That's the last of the grad nights for the summer.

I still can't see the daily entertainment schedules for that week, so I don't think we'll know anything about the rumor regarding magic mornings for DCA until they make an announcement, which I would think would be soon.

Midnight close for DL 9th-11th, 15th-18th (when that part of the calendar actually posted). Not sure I'd trust anything that is posted (or not) right now. :(

Ok...after a fair amount of refreshing I was able to get daily's through the 22nd. I took some screen shots so take them with a grain of salt.
