June or august

Am looking to go to disney but need to go in the summer, which is better going in June or going in the end of August?

I vote for the end of August.

I have gone early August and it is a bit more crowded. The last time I went in June I was 3 1/2 and it was 1975....

End of August if crowds are your worry, June if hear is your worry. We went middle/end of August and were sweaty just stepping out of our hotel room, and our clean clothes were damp from humidity in the suitcase.

What would be the best month for low crowds and still 80's so we can go swimming.

We went last October at the beginning of the month and it was still pretty hot and humid. I think the end of October or beginning of November.


Or you could do May. It's probably a bit hotter, but nice crowds. In between spring break and when school gets out.

If you have to go Summer, the lowest crowds will be very early June or late August (assuming you can avoid the holiday weekends for either). August will be hot, very hot. June will "probably" be very hot, but there is at least a chance it will be tolerable. Our trip in June 2012 was mostly low-mid 80's with 1 day that did hit 90. That doesn't happen every year though.

Thank you so much for your answer. We went in june 4 years ago, crowds were bad though. Then we went in November of last year and it was great but I wish it was a little bit warmer.

We're headed down the end of Aug since I had a pin that made the price terrific! Although hubby is not very excited about going in the FL heat.

We chose end of August last year and the crowds were tolerable. It is hot and can be humid, but you get that in June as well. The crowds were lower the later it became in the week. We are headed back again this year last week in August.

We went in June once several years ago and it was definitely busier at that time.

We are going in June- it is the only time that we can fit it in. I just keep telling myself- We will get to experience what we can and it will be great no matter what! I haven't been to Disney in about 10 years and this will be the first time I am going with my husband and daughter. It is the first trip for my daughter and my husband hasn't been in 15 years. We will still have a blast no matter what.
