June - just rain or thunderstorms?

what type of weather do you get in mid July? similar to June or more like august with more thunderstorms?

June is Florida's rainiest month. If you go in June you will likely get afternoon storm, hopefully it doesn't linger into the evening. Bring umbrellas and ponchos and keep moving forward. It's an adventure touring in the pouring rain!

An 'adventure' that we have not/will not do! Love rain, but not out in it at all. Have yet to see anyone's legs and feet dry when it's pouring there, no matter what covering they have for their bodies.
