MKY: I am thinking more crowded because tons of beach vacations are being cancelled and rescheduled to inland areas.

Saw TS3. I cryed a lot during that movie and none of my kids are going to college, just middle school. I think it is just that life goes by so fast and I know the next few years are going to fly by.

I am not sure about the impact on Disney due to the Gulf. I just know that everyone and their brother, sister, 2nd cousin three times removed is going to be at WWoHP.

The time has gone by so fast too...you are right. I cannot believe it's going to be July this week either. DS will be 19 in August. How is that possible?

I had a packing crisis, but I did itnot sure how, but I did. I re did the suitcases at least 4 times. 4 adults for 11 days in 3 suitcases is very difficult!! And, we had the extra clothes for the grad pics for DD.

Anyone who will be in Disney World on July 9th - there will be a DIS meet at the top of the train station to watch the Main Street Electrical Parade (1st run). There are several families from our trip report coming, and we welcome all DISers to join us.

We're going to start getting there around 8, so feel free to come and introduce yourself. We'll try to have a sign up somewhere or something to help you find us. .

We are arriving July 9, 2011.....guess that doesn't do me any good now, does it!?

We start packing tomorrow!!! I can't believe its 11 days away! Beach Club here we come.

We had to make a run for shoes for DD's pic with her dress. I am not really sure where they are going to fit, but I guess I will make it work. Found exactly what she wanted and they were on sale and 20% off that...so I guess with WDW only 3 days away that's the last time I'll get anything on sale

I think the bag fees will have an impact on Disney...we won't be able to buy much that's for sure! I know a lot of people drive, but we will be very limited in what we will purchase while we are there! I long for SW to come here, but I don't think they ever will. Kansas City or Chi Town. I think they are in Omaha too.

I have no clue...mine switched when I went under a week.
I'm lucky I get them to work at all.
I think it depends on which one you pick? If you open the one that is 11 days...it might work for you.

notice my days and the countdown don't match...guess it depends on how you count.

Last summer I finally figured out the double quote thing on here and now I forget.

Wow, EE22 3 days!!! Glad you got your packing under control. You are going to really have a great trip! yes we are going in October for 2 weeks, I think the 9th? I have a bounce back rate for that. Which is great, cause its high season.

We are at 16 days today!!! Today is my work anniversary. 30 years at my hospital, in pediatric's. I am sooooo old. I remember thinking, maybe, I will hold out 5 years at the hospital.......

so funny about the 5 years...I said the same about teaching...I'm gearing up for my 25th year this fall.

I am considering take multiple doses of ambien and sleeping through the entire thing

We were talking about it tonight and DS was there...I know a few things but not like the kids. He looked at me and said, "I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about." He has never seen any of the movies!!

must mention...long ago we went to Universal...DS was in kindergarten. I have waited all these years to ride ET. By the time we left the Barney Show...DD was 4...the line was massive...3 hours. At that time, it was the busiest day ever at Universal. We went over winter break and Disney was having its 25th. Everything was mobbed. We didn't even visit Disney because I knew it would be way too busy and going for one day even then was very expensive.

So...all these years later I will get to ride ET. Everyone else will be at Harry Potter so it's all good
