OMG....We`re in a ....Blizzard today !!!!
AND.....I went to the Dr. on thursday....I still have a Broncial Infection ...so he put me on Prednisone again !!...
Snow.....and....Prednisone ! YIKES !!

Wow, Sorry about the snow. Its snowing here, but nothing like your blizzards.

Tomar, I feel for Tony. In a snow storm & locked up with a woman on steroids. I know, they make me crazy. This cold air, is bad for my asthma. Back on treatments here too. Trying, to stay off the steroids. Tomar, feel better soon.

Haven't heard from TP2, hopefully they are ok. Probably shoveling.

Candi, I will have to work on our schedule and pm you something soon. It is kinda hard to plan. Cause, right now, I only have our ap's for the first week then they end. I have 3 extra days of tix for both of us, for the next week. Not sure, if we will just use them, or get new ap's or not go to the parks the second week. Not really sure, what we will settle on. I have planned most adr's that week at the resorts and not parks. But, we might change our minds. Depends on what is going on, and how we feel. I was actually sick most of our October trip. So we enjoyed the resort more and did the parks less.

Wonder if they would let us use the 3 days of tix left and parlay that into an ap?

EE22, we went to chicago sat. Shopping and lunch at macy's. It was very nice. It was snowing lightly, so perfect weather. It got very crowded later in the day. But, the resturant in macy's had a wonderful tree. It's called the "walnut room". Not to be missed.

it was wonderful!

I believe they will allow you to upgrade your tickets to an ap. Ask on here and someone will let you know. I think if you use one day...you're better off as you will get current gate price. There are many who know the ropes and who work in tickets here on the boards.

Hard to believe Christmas is Friday!!

Hiya everyone!

Not much happening here. Worked, shovelled, cooked dinner, and now here. Its busy at work. RSV is rampant already. Flu seems to be settling down but, holidays might effect that. Tommorrow going to big sis's for xmas early. I am off xmas eve and work xmas. Right now we are pretty busy so don't think we will drop for holidays.

EE22, thanks! I have done the change ap's to prem. ap's and you can put them towards that. So I would think you can. At the time last year there was some contraversy because the tix where from the package deal they gave. But I had upgraded them to non expiration. So not sure if it would help for the price. I would prefer not to activate an ap before next fall. And then try to get a couple of trips off them.

If you went for the non expiration mky, you will get more money for them too. Last December I had MYW tickets and ran them through the gate once and got current ticket price which was nice. They had gone through two price increases that I got credit for. It helped a lot. If they are more than one day, I think you can still do that.

Don't forget about the new promo to renew aps for 15 months. I'm not sure that would help you or not.

The snow...(from the "Mother of all Snow Storms")....is gonna be sticking around here for some time...ick ...it is cold ...Freezing cold ...and the mounds of snow are just ....there....like Iceburgs !!

EE22- Sorry about your upcomeing bout with the white stuff again...Ummm...."Were we all dreaming of a White Christmas?"....I for one, could have lived without it really !!

MKY- I am thinking of renewing our AP`s this summer for the 15 months ...the promo is good until August 31, 2010

Sorry I have been on but things were so busy with last minute Christmas plans and I had to go to Michigan for a few days last week for work.

We had snow until it rained all day yesterday but no snow storm here!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and that all are feeling better and have managed to dig out.

The job is good, Christmas was great and the March trip is starting to come together!

What plans does everyone have for New Years Eve?

Hiya Candi, Hmmm, new years eve plans = working [again]. I am off NY day. We usually don't do too much for ny. I will probably take the tree down. Haven't gotten it down yet. Funny, your up in Canada and we are all getting more snow??? How did you work that out?

Christmas was wonderful My dad got great news at his doctor's appointment, I feel very blessed

Candi - I have to work NYE as we have to close the financial books . We're working 3 of the regular plant holidays this year due to the financial month end. BUT we get two floating days for working the 1 day It will be a quiet evening as we'll be working late that day. On NYD we're planning a family get together for those that were snowed in on Xmas day

Hiya everyone,

Yes, Bug had a very nice B-day. We have been busy, but not busy enough. I have not gotten my xmas stuff down yet, and I refuse to clean before that happens. I have a short week only working 4 days. The holiday lands [ny day] on friday and gives me a long weekend. I hope to catch up then.

Went and saw the "its complicated" movie. It was very cute, but we where the only 2 in there without grey hair. I didn't realize it was a geriatric film.

Did a little wdw planning for March. Looked over adr's etc.. . Seems like for the 14 days we only have 4 without tix. So I don't think that will be too bad. might enjoy the rest. Hoping for warm weather and be able to use the pool more.

Minnie, glad things with the md turned out great. When is your next trip planned?

TP2, Actually, I think that is a great way to do xmas. You don't just rush through it, you've taken your time to enjoy it. Hope you all had a great time.

Candi, Looks like you got your snow today? From the weather maps it seemed close to you. And: WTG detroit. You should feel safer, flying with detroit people. They took care of their flight problems this week.

Yep - we got some of the white stuff today. About two inches so not so bad.

I had to run across the parking lot to the building next door while the guy was cleaning their lot and arrange for snow removal for us too.

I guess he was happy to have the extra work fall into his lap.

MKY - four down days in 14 sounds about right to me. Maybe we can meet you at your hotel this time around.

Minnie, glad things with the md turned out great. When is your next trip planned?

We really don't have any plans right now I have to go out of the country again for work in Feb so that's the current focus.

I might be going to Orlando for work in March and would love to plan to add a couple days if possible

And I really don't want to even say it but.... we may be going to US our summer trip to see Harry Potter Island . Possibly a split trip though as I am sooo ready to go back to WDW
