I will start with our 2011 June 26th thru July 6th AAA rates.
Room only -> Booked with WDW reservations.
We are a family of 3 adults, 1 child for room rates.
DS is 19 and DD is 16, plus us, DH & DW in our 50's.
10 nights in WDW
We own 10 day park hopper tickets already.
We selected POFQ because of the small size of the resort
and we can fit a twin aero bed in the room for our DD to sleep in.
POFQ Standard Room, requested building #4 or #5
A view of a garden is fine for us, any floor they give us is OK and
both buildings are close to the bus stop, laundry and food court.
Maybe the rooms will have a rehab by the time we get to POFQ in late June 2011.
Moderate Standard room only rate ....
With tax, $15 extra per night for our DS, and higher rates for 7/2, 7/3, & 7/4 nights WITHOUT any discount it came to $2563.39
Now our great rate - Same as above with an AAA discount rate - Standard Room Only came out to $2171.83
Deposit with WDW reservations is $204.19, still owe $1967.64.
We can cancel with full refund on or berfore 6/20/11.
We do not have to pay in full till we arrive on 6/26/11.
Savings of $391.56, which rounds up to a $40 per night of savings. The savings would pay for our CS meal each day.
