June Hours

Usually not until a month ahead or later....It's sad I know.
Last year we went the First of June and I would check everyday....sometimes as it got later in the month of may the schedule would change for June. It is very frustrating. I suspect with World of Color this June they won't post until the last minute.

Here is one site for past years.

I have no insight into when they will be posted but just wanted to say i feel your pain.

We are waiting on Mays park hours to come up, coming from overseas it would be handy to know to be able to plan but i'm just going with the flow.

The park hours have not been updated for about a week i think, its killing me.

I made all my PS anyway and just am hoping for the best :)

We come in around 11 on a Sunday. I don't know if we are going to hit a park that day or take it easy and maybe him DTD. We have tickets to a baseball game on Tuesday, but the rest of the week is open. I need to make PS for 1 meal and would like to arrange a lunch or dinner with a vendor from work who lives in the area. Would be nice to have a general idea...not to mention the fireworks, WOC. We also would like to go to the beach 1 day. Might do that on arrival day just to get it out of the way. I know the kids are going to want to run around after being on a plane for 4 hours.

I am glad I am not alone in this boat. :goodvibes

There are a few days where you can probably guess the hours, as there are Grad Nites on several days in June (listed at http://disneylandyouthprograms.disney.go.com/dlyp/index?id=DLYPGradNiteHomePage ).

On those days, if history is any guide, DCA will close at 6 PM and Disneyland proper will close at 9 PM, with fireworks probably taking place shortly before Disneyland's closing.

Historically I have heard that grad nights really don't have any effect on daytime crowds. However, with probably literally 1,000,000+ people wanting to see World of Color, I think that the early closure of DCA on grad nights (meaning World of Color almost certainly can't run) just might result in reduced crowds for grad nights this year. (Conversely, as World of Color is a priority for you, avoiding grad nights might be best. That said, some rumors for World of Color have been a June 11th opening. I'm not sure that is true and Disney took back any hints that the actual opening might be June 11th, but it's still possible that it won't be running if you go in early June.)

Have a great trip!

A lot of the time, Disney Dining has park hours before they are posted to the website. Or at least can give you an idea based on the open/close times of the restaurants in the park.

I book my trips every year for the end of May/Early June. I always find after the last grad night in May, last year being May 28th and this year being May 27th, the park hours start to increase.

Usually up till the last grad night in May the park hours are around 9am-8pm during the week days, 8am-Midnight on Weekends. Where after the last Grad night in May the hours increase to being open until 11 every night during the week and midnight on weekends.

Check Disneyland.com for updates on actual park hours. Who knows they might surprise me this year and actually change the days and hours. But these dates and hours are what I have found them to be for the last 5 years or so.
